Coach Daneau founded the Nor’Easters baseball program in 2005. Over the course of the last 14 years, Daneau has transformed Nor’Easters Baseball into one of the most respected travel programs in New England. Daneau has grown the program from one team in 2005 to now encompassing 39 teams over three locations and a softball program. Nor’Easters baseball has won four national championships, 16 New England League Championships, one Cooperstown Championship and hundreds of local invitational tournaments. In addition, Daneau has helped many players move on to play baseball at four-year institutions after successful high school careers. Daneau focuses on the development of his players, with an emphasis on working to get each individual ready for baseball at the next level. He has built his program on loyalty, honest and family, with each individual player’s development as the main focus.
Tewksbury Program Director of Player Development, 15u+ Coordinator
Coach Barnaby began coaching with Nor’Easters baseball in 2015. Barnaby serves as the director of player development in addition to serving as program director for Nor’Easters West. In addition to coaching with Nor’Easters, Kevin is in his fourth season as the head coach at Fitchburg State University after serving two years as an assistant coach at Division I UMass Lowell. Barnaby has also had stints as the head coach of the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs in the FCBL and Leominster American Legion baseball team. On the field, Barnaby played two years at Worcester State University helping the Lancers capture a MASCAC title.

Coach Magee is entering his 3rd season with Nor’Easters Baseball. In 2018, Magee was an assistant coach for our 13u White team and has transitioned into one of our lead hitting and catching instructors. He was also an Assistant Coach on our Championship-winning Cooperstown team in 2017. Magee is currently a member of the Northern Essex Community College baseball team. In 2018, Riley led NECC to a Junior College World Series berth by hitting a team best .453 with 7 Homeruns and 50 RBI’s. He was named a 2nd Team All American and First Team All-Region selection, and won multiple awards including the Triple Crown, Gold Glove, and Regional Player of the Year.
NE Inferno Program Director
Coach Gariepy started with Nor’Easters baseball in 2015. Gariepy played at Central Catholic High School and Dracut High School where he was All-Conference and Player of the Year Runner-Up. He continued his playing career at UMass Lowell. Before Nor’Easters he coached in Florida for two years developing Division I commits. Afterwards, he enlisted in the Army as an Infantry Mortarman and served four years. Gariepy has coached 12u through 17u for the Nor’Easters. He is the former lead assistant coach for the varsity team at Tewksbury high school and coached with the team from 2016-2019. Gariepy was the Director of Memberships and Community Outreach before taking his new role as the Nashua Program Director for the Nor’Easters Inferno.
Gariepy runs the Inferno program with many programs throughout the year, as well as servicing other programs/communities in the area with clinics and specific focus practices (MVP, NH Crush, Nashua Cal Ripken, River Rats, Dracut Haymakers, Merrimack Youth Baseball, Tyngsboro Youth Baseball, Pepperell Youth Baseball)
Gariepy is also available for lessons in the Nashua facility daily.

Coach JP began coaching with the Nor’Easters in 2017, serving as the sports information director since the beginning of the 2018 season. He is currently entering his 15th season coaching travel baseball. He is the former head coach at Bishop Stang High School and Parker Charter School. He also served as an assistant coach at Coyle-Cassidy High School and Wareham High School. He also heads up the Nor’Easters Cooperstown team where his teams have won the tournament championship four times.
